Established in 2004, APSL is an association open to all Sri Lankans in the UK, irrespective of their ethnicity, creed or political affiliation. Our aim is to promote unity and professionalism among the Sri Lankans, foster good will and cultural relations in the UK, as well as support relief and development activities in Sri Lanka.

Fees and How to Pay

Membership Fee Structure

A one-off joining fee of £25 is applicable to all new members joining after 01/05/2021. Student members are exempt from paying a joining fee.
Life membership is £150
APSL is a charitable voluntary organisation and depends on the generosity of its members to maintain ongoing projects in Sri Lanka. Members have an opportunity to choose a project they wish to support financially through their membership subscription fee or let it be a general contribution to APSL.
Existing ordinary members who joined before 01/05/2021 are required to pay an annual membership subscription fee of £15, unless they are already contributing regularly to an APSL project, in which case they will be exempt from paying the annual subscription fee.
Once your membership application is submitted (online) and approved, the APSL Membership Secretary will welcome them and connect them to a Project Lead (if applicable).
